To download the application, please click HERE . Members of JSSFN, ISSFN, KSSFN, MSSFN, RSSFN, ESSFN, SSFN, SBENF, and SLANFE should apply to their own societies for membership. All members of the ASSFN are automatically members of the WSSFN.

In addition, thanks to the excellent understanding between ESSFN and WSSFN, and because of the logical evolution, all ESSFN members automatically become members of the WSSFN starting from January 1, 2012. Please visit the ESSFN website at www.essfn.org under “Membership” for application information. New individual society members, JSSFN Board members, China SFN, SLANFE, KSSFN, MSSFN, RSFN, SBENF, SSFN, SLANFE and ISSFN will be required to create a new password as indicated on the WSSFN website in order to access the Karger site.

For membership approval, you will be asked to provide two professional references, their positions and e-mail addresses. Upon your application’s review and approval, you will be notified. Invoicing will come through AANS who manage the membership invoicing process.

WWSSFN Applicant Information (for those applying as Individual WSSFN members only)

 

Neurosurgeons: The yearly membership fee is $150 USD. Membership includes online access to the WSSFN journal Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. As a member of the WSSFN, you are entitled to a print subscription of Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery at the special rate of $152.00 USD (postage and handling not included). Prices quoted are excluding VAT and local sales tax.  Where applicable, the VAT is applied at the appropriate rate and shown separately on the invoice.  Access the print subscription order form  HERE .

Residents/Fellows: Membership fees for residents and fellows are $25 USD. For online access to the WSSFN journal Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery, an additional yearly fee of $50 is required. Outreach Program Candidates: A complimentary one year membership to the first 50 approved applicants. The criteria can be found on the WSSFN home page under the Outreach Program Heading. Membership includes a one year online subscription to the journal Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. If you are interested in receiving a print subscription for $152.00 USD (postage and handling not included), Prices quoted are excluding VAT and local sales tax.  Where applicable, the VAT is applied at the appropriate rate and shown separately on the invoice, please indicate on the online application.
