The World Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery is offering travel grants towards the cost of travel and accommodation for young neurosurgeons who wish to participate in the WSSFN Quadrennial meeting to be held in Berlin, Germany, June 26-29, 2017.

Grants range between USD 1,000 to 2,000 depending on the geographical location of the applicant and in consideration of travelled distance. Information regarding the travel grants will also be posted on the meeting web site at www.wssfn-congress.org

Candidates must be neurosurgery residents/fellows with special interest/training in Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery, and must have submitted an abstract to the meeting. Abstract information can also be found on the meeting web site at www.wssfn2015.org

Please complete and return the WSSFN Travel Grant application form and forward a copy of the abstract submitted to the meeting. Please note that residents/fellows born prior to 1977 will not be considered for this award.

The deadline for the receipt of completed travel grant applications is March 15, 2017. Successful awardees will be notified by April 15, 2017 and the registration fees will be waived. Delegates are expected to make their own travel plans and will receive the awards during the meeting in Berlin, Germany.
